Food Danger

okay. came by this article which talks about the 10
food that's tough to digest.

and they are fried chicken nuggets, spicy food, chocolates,
citrus juices, mashed potatoes, raw onions, ice cream, broccoli
and raw cabbage, beans and sugar-free gum.

from these, i can know which is really bad for my stomach.
like my doctor always say.. avoid spicy food and not to eat
too much fried food and also, i cant eat beans product
when my stomach is giving me problems.

and when im young, i cant touch chocolates. cause once i touch,
it'll definitely give me stomach problems.

woke up early but not quite still.
bus was like jamming.

then in the bus, saw one uncle that dress similar to love.
LOL. that greeny nike sneakers. then those tee and berms.

spent sometime at the MPH. and know what? i found some nice books
especially this singapore collection.
it's a pictorial book by some overseas photographer.
i love the photos. how the photographer managed to take down
daily happenings around areas of singapore which we cant get to normally see.
it's call the ''a slice of singapore'' if i still remembered the book title.
it's real cool.

and now, i realised how much in love i have towards culture stuff and heritage stuff.
such as 70's and 80's singapore interest me alot. their stuff and so on =)

and from tv shows ive watched, now, shophouses last time have revamped
to becoming hip and style hotels. one example can be da new majestic hotel.

it's real cool. different from the usual hotels. though there may be fewer rooms.
but it's definitely special.

so yeaaaaaa.

i feel like capturing down another sight of singapore.
ooooooooooooooooooooooo. many faces of singapore. LOL

and this makes me think back of one tourism project ive done back in sec sch -_-

usually, from the mrt looking at the outside, you may thought
inside is just having like some shops and the NTUC Xtra.

and there's gona cathay cineplex there.

but the particular stall's uncle is very different from the others.
he said ''gao luk'' in a very mono tone and very calm, sian, bored,
attitude tone. LOL

it's real mono.. and he just kept '' gao luk .. gao luk..

one can do something to help him/her.

Whatsoever happens, everything could be able to solve
within friendship
if both of them have that mighty frienship existing in their hearts.

Those that avoids and run away from friendship isn't great.
Those that dares to voice out problems and together, they try
to solve the problems within them is great.

There's like saying no use running away without solving the problem.

And so, Friends are important.

They often share laughters and tears.
together fighting fears and plucking courages.
seeing your awkward moments which nobody usually sees/knows
except your family.

friendship is something so mighty.

worked last day at saturday.
i like the working environment there!
but i miss the people last time.
this time round, all of them were much younger than me
